AbsyTech Paid-Service Privacy Notice
Version: absytech-paid-privacy-2026-10-15-v3

AbsyTech is the public brand for services provided by JUMNAT LLC. Contact hello@AbsyTech.com about information you share with us.

Your project outline and worksheet

The free project outline lets you prepare your answers and choose Send to share them with AbsyTech. The separate inquiry privacy notice at https://absytech.com/contact-privacy.txt describes that submission. Preparing an outline does not send it. The free idea worksheet remains in your browser and does not submit your answers.

Paid advisory booking

When paid booking is available, submitting the advisory questionnaire sends your name, email, project type and short outline to AbsyTech. A phone number, project link and time zone are optional. We use these details to understand your inquiry, arrange appointments and provide the service. A separate optional, unchecked choice lets you request occasional AbsyTech updates and offers. We record the choice, its wording and version, source and time; the entered email is not independently verified. This does not activate marketing. Withdrawing the preference does not affect your service; email hello@absytech.com to withdraw. Before marketing begins, AbsyTech must operate an unsubscribe process. Keep your outline brief and leave out credentials and confidential information about other people. Contact us before sending sensitive project materials.

The booking record also contains order and payment references and status, the selected session package, a server-recorded time, purchased-session balance and reservation information. Submitting the form or paying is not recorded as an electronic signature. Older records may retain agreement evidence recorded at the time.

Payment and service providers

Stripe operates the payment form and handles card details. The booking app retains payment references and status, rather than your card number. Enter payment details in the payment form, not the questionnaire or an email.

Vercel hosts the website and application; Neon stores booking records. The website shows reservation confirmation. The founder sends appointment invitations from company Google Calendar with Google Meet joining details; these services handle appointment and call information. Google operates the call interface. Email providers handle messages and contact information you send.

We use company Google Drive and Google Sheets for brief, necessary, non-sensitive case notes and service records, linked by case, order and payment references. Access to these company case records is currently limited to the founder through the sole company owner account. For the manual case register, we keep contact details in company email and use references in the Sheet instead of copying them there. Credentials, full card details, identity-proof documents and private recovery codes are not kept in the Sheet. Changing or clearing a current cell does not mean earlier copies in revision history, provider logs or backups have been erased.

If browser access is lost, the founder checks the original Stripe payment and the original purchase email and reservation held in Neon, then continues scheduling manually using only the original verified purchase email address. This process does not issue new online ownership or restore browser access. The Sheet is a manual reference record. These providers have their own privacy practices.

Browser access and scheduling support

The essential order-access cookie is __Host-absy_owner, with a configured lifetime of at most 24 hours. The database stores hashed access identifiers. Browser access expiry does not cancel purchased service.

Session storage holds order references. Browser and restored-tab behavior can affect how long those references remain. These references alone do not establish ownership.

A lost-access support request is checked against the original purchase records. An order reference or an email from a different address alone does not establish ownership. Manual scheduling continuation does not change the purchased balance or an existing reservation without a separately confirmed scheduling change. Support correspondence and verification references are private service records; no customer identity proof or recovery code is kept in the manual Sheet.

Technical information and retained records

Technical request information, including IP address, helps serve the website and protect access. The booking code uses hashed references for abuse controls. Expiry of temporary access does not erase inquiry, purchase, payment, booking or support records, provider logs or backups.

We manually review unnecessary project notes 90 days after completion or cancellation. We minimize or remove unnecessary identity and support proof 30 days after the support case is resolved. Our internal business-record policy retains agreement, payment and refund records, and the verified-delivery ledger for seven years. These are company record-handling periods, not a statement that law requires those exact periods.

We keep records necessary for a specific dispute or applicable legal or tax hold while that need applies. Review dates do not trigger automatic deletion or promise that every copy will be deleted by that date. Provider log and backup retention cycles have not yet been verified; no fixed deletion date for those records is promised.

Questions and requests

Email hello@AbsyTech.com for access, correction or deletion requests or to discuss private project materials. The founder checks this mailbox each day and before and after booked sessions. We acknowledge requests by the next offered 5-9 p.m. America/Chicago service window.

We may verify that a request relates to your purchase before acting. Acknowledgement is separate from completing a request. We review necessary service and financial records and applicable retention obligations separately from unnecessary project notes; this notice does not promise automatic deletion or a completion deadline.
