Sending an inquiry

When you choose Send on the project outline, session questionnaire or contact form, we receive your name, email, answers and any optional phone number, project link or time zone you provide. We use this information to understand your inquiry and contact you about it. Preparing an outline or typing an answer does not submit it.

We store the submitted details, a request reference, the receipt time and the version of this notice. The Send action requests a response. We do not record it as a signature, a statement that you read this notice, or permission for marketing. Please leave out passwords, access keys, payment details and confidential information about other people.

Optional marketing preference

The separate, unchecked choice is: Email me occasional AbsyTech updates and offers. It is optional and does not affect an inquiry or purchase. We record your selection, the wording, its version, the form source and the time. An address entered on a form is not independently verified. Recording this preference does not start a marketing campaign. Before any marketing begins, AbsyTech must operate an unsubscribe process and honor withdrawal. You can also withdraw the preference by emailing hello@absytech.com.

Service providers and delivery

Vercel hosts the website and inquiry application. Neon stores inquiries and a delivery queue. Google Workspace handles the owner notification, acknowledgement and subsequent email. Receipt on the website means the inquiry was saved and queued; it does not prove email delivery or that a person read it. If online sending is unavailable, the page offers a separate company email link, which opens your email application.

We use technical request information, including hashed IP and recipient references, to limit abuse. The forms do not install advertising pixels or analytics. A submitted inquiry does not measure all website visits or clicks. The free idea worksheet remains a browser-only tool.

Retention and requests

The founder reviews inquiry records manually and removes or minimizes details that are no longer needed. There is no automatic deletion schedule for this inquiry system. Necessary correspondence, financial records, disputes and applicable holds are handled separately. Provider logs, email copies and backups may remain on their own retention cycles; deleting a current record does not erase every copy.
